The Northwell Health IPA Premium Network is an integrated group of approximately 15,000 providers who work together to deliver high quality, coordinated care for defined patient populations. The network is composed of community-based and employed providers with the common goal of improving quality while reducing unnecessary costs through participation in commercial and governmental value-based programs. As the healthcare delivery and reimbursement paradigm evolves from volume to value-based, the Premium Network serves as a foundational element for the successful deployment of population health management activities.

Prospective Premium Network members
- All prospective Premium Network members must meet the following eligibility criteria:
- Board certification
- Hospital or IPA privileges - Maintain medical staff privileges, as applicable, at a Northwell Health Hospital or other credentialing criteria as set forth by the Northwell IPA
- Annual dues - Payment of a yearly membership fee
